Podnikatelský záměr-založení squashového centra

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je návrh na vybudování nového squashového centra v konkrétní lokalitě. Výsledný podnikatelský záměr vychází z celkové analýzy trhu jak z hlediska potencionálních zákazníků, tak i stávající konkurence. Při výběru z uvedených variant projektů zohledňuji ukazatel návratnost investic.

The purpose of this graduation theses is the proposal of building of a new squash center in the particular locality. The final prospectus goes from the complete analysis of the market in term of potential customers and also of current competition. By the choice of the introduced project versions I take the investment return into account.
