Programové řízení systému pro post-procesní depozice nanostruktur

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice technologických postupů a technik pro modifikaci mikroelektrod nanostrukturami. Dále popisuje zařízení, potřebné pro automatické provádění těchto postupů komunikaci s počítačem a systém řízení všech funkcí. Zařízení komunikují pomocí rozhraní RS-232 a USB.. Vytvořené programové řízení komunikuje z PC se všemi zařízeními a vytváří rozhraní pro uživatele umožňující nastavit parametry všech procesů a následně je provádět již bez zásahu uživatele.

This bachelor's thesis deals with problematics of technological processes and techniques for modification of microelectrodes with nanostructures. Furthermore, it describes a device needed for automated providing processes, communication with computer and of controlling system for all functions. These devices communicate through RS-232 and USB interfaces. Developed programmeg control communicates from PC with all devices and it creates interface for user enabling to set parameters of all processes followed by their providing without user supervision.
