Abstract

V tejto práci sa venujem oboznámeniu so súčasnými svetovými trendmi v oblasti manažérstva kvality vo sfére priemyslovej produkcie a služieb. Ďalej v práci aplikujem zavedenie ISO normy v konkrétnom podniku z oblasti stavebníctva a zhodnocujem jej efektivitu. Práca zároveň ponúka možnosť „manuálu“ pri zavádzaní ISO noriem.

In this thesis I'm focusing on current world trends in the field of quality management in industrial production and services. Further I'm applying introduction of ISO standards in a concrete building company and I'm evaluating its efficiency. The thesis also offers a "manual" for introduction of ISO standards.
