dc.description.abstractAn alternative six-port calibration procedure is described using an ideal matched load and four unity reflection standards. Not only offset short or open circuits can be used as the reflection standards but also arbitrary reactances, such as inductors or capacitors. A different mathematical approach is employed to obtain the calibration equations.en
