Abstract
Práce se zabývá rekonstrukcí kulturního domu v Dolních Kounicích. Stávající dům byl postaven v šedesátých letech minulého století. Dříve na řešeném pozemku stála orlovna. Po jejím odstranění započala stavba kulturního domu, která trvala čtvrt století. Dům prošel další přestavbou v devadesátých letech. Výsledkem je stavba, která netvoří kompaktní celek a nijak nekomunikuje s okolím. Cílem práce je tento stav změnit. Pomocí stavebních zásahů z objektu vytvořit dům, který bude s okolím komunikovat a odpovídat na aktuální potřeby místních obyvatel a návštěvníků z regionu. To za pomocí rekonstrukce, která z domu tvoří kompaktní celek.
The work deals with the reconstruction of the house of culture in Dolní Kounice. The existing house was built in the sixties. Previously here was Orlovna. The building of the house of culture started after the removal which lasted a quarter of a century Later on the house was reconstructed in the nineties. The result is a building of rather chaotic form and moreover it does not fit with surrounding structures. The aim of this work is to remedy this situation. Using the construction work of the object there will be created a real house that will interact with the environment and it will respond to the actual needs of local residents and visitors from the region. The reconstruction of the house will create a compact unit.
