Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá srovnáním rekonstrukce původního objektu, který chátral na dvě různé možné varianty rekonstrukce odlišné svojí funkcí a využitelností. Teoretická část práce se zabývá základním členěním a dělením ekonomických faktorů spojených s rekonstrukcí. V praktické části této práce jsou srovnány ceny rekonstrukcí z hlediska rozpočtů rekonstrukcí a návratnosti investice do rekonstrukce, také zde jsou rozebrány nejčastější vady a poruchy konstrukcí.
This thesis is focused on two variants of building reconstructions. both possibilities differ in functionality and usability. In the theoretical part are described structural factors of reconstruction. The practical part of this thesis is mainly aimed to compare the prices. The comparison is based on the budget of reconstructions and possible investment return, also the most common construction flaws are described as well.
