Abstract
Předmětem zadání bakalářské práce je řešení novostavby Polyfunkčního domu v Brně na ulici Milady Horákové v městské části Brno Zábrdovice. Návrh vychází ze zastavění proluky na ulici Milady Horákové, urbanistických regulativů a potřeb obyvatel žijících ve zdejší městské části. Forma objektu je navržena tak, aby objekt navazoval na moderní vedlejší dům, avšak zároveň na secesní dům z počátku století. Snahou bylo maximálně využít stavební proluku. Fasáda objektu je tvořena okny a posuvnými ocelovými okenicemi, které objekt chrání proti hluku z uliční části. V objektu se kromě bydlení nachází i veřejné funkce, které doposud v dané lokalitě chyběly. A to kavárna a administrativní prostory. Parter v 1.NP umožňuje průchod do dvorní části objektu, kde plynule navazuje k nedaleké budově IBC. V ostatních nadzemních podlažích se nachází prostory pro bydlení. Bydlení v budově je tvořeno byty, jejichž prostorová kategorie byla zvolena dle zájmu obyvatel ve městě Brně.
In my bachelor’s study I deal with a new building for Multifunctional House in Brno on the Milada Horakova’s street in Brno Zábrdovice. The design comes out from filling the gap on the Milada Horáková street, urbanist regulatives, and the needs of people living in this part of the city. The object’s form is designed to tie together with both the modern and the secession houses sitting alongside it. My effort went towards using the structural gap to its full potential. The facade of the object is formed by windows and sliding steel blinds which also protect it from the street noise. The object also contains public functions which were non-existing in the area until now: a café and office space. Parterre in the 1st LVL allows the passage to the building’s yard and then continues to the IBC building. The rest of the overground floors are used as housing space. The housing itself is made by flats which space category has been chosen based on the interest of city residents.
