Abstract
Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování stavebně technické části projektové dokumentace pro realizaci novostavby rodinného domu v obci Horní Lideč. Objekt se nachází na svažitém pozemku, je podsklepen a má dvě nadzemní podlaží. Suterén je z jižní strany přístupný z upraveného terénu. Nachází se zde garáž, technická místnost a hygienické zázemí se saunou. Hlavní obytná část je rozdělená na společenskou část v 1.NP a klidovou část v 2.NP. Ta je zastřešena pultovou střechou se spádem 5 a s falcovanou plechovou krytinou. Část nad garáží je zastřešena pochozí plochou duo střechou, která slouží jako terasa. Dům je založen na základových pásech. Svislé nosné konstrukce v nadzemní části jsou tvořeny ze systému Porotherm, obvodové zdivo suterénu je z prefabrikovaných bednících betonových tvarovek. Vodorovné nosné konstrukce jsou řešeny pomocí monolitické železobetonové desky. Fasáda je zateplena. Část obvodových stěn je z venku zakončena silikonovou omítkou, část tvoří provětrávaná fasáda s palubkovým obkladem.
The subject of this thesis is the process of building technical part of the design documentation for the realization of a newly-built single-family in the village Horní Lideč. The building is situated on a sloping plot. The house is designed as a two-storey house with basement. The basement is accessible by the south side of the finished grade. There is a garage, utility room and sanitary facilities with sauna. The main living area is divided into a social part on the first floor and the relaxation part on the second floor. This part is roofed with a mono-pitched roof at 5 with metal roofing. The part with the garage is roofed with walkable flat roof that serves as a terrace. The house is based on strips foudations. Vertical loadbearing structures above ground are made of Porotherm system, external walls of the basement are made of prefabricated concrete shuttering blocks. Horizontal structures are designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. Building is insulated. Part of the external wall finish are made of silicone plaster and part of it consists of ventilated facade with timber cladding.
