Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce řeší návrh rodinného domu v městise Rokytnice nad Rokytnou v okrese Třebíč. Rodinný dům je navržen jako dvoupodlažní, částečně podsklepený, s plochou jednoplášťovou střechou a garáží pro dva osobní automobily. Návrh respektuje povahu okolní zástavby a plně využívá pozemek. Konstruován je pro obsazení 4 - 6 osobami. Obvodové stěny v suterénu jsou z keramických tvarovek systému Porotherm a zateplený polystyrenem. Obvodové stěny nadzemních podlaží jsou také z keramických tvarovek Porotherm s vloženou tepelnou izolací. Stropní konstrukce jsou železobetonové. Parcela je převážně rovinná. Práce obsahuje výkresovou a dokumentační část ve formě prováděcího projektu, součástí návrhu je i tepelně technické posouzení, požárně bezpečnostní řešení, akustické posouzení a posouzení z hlediska osvětlení.
This bachelor thesis solves the design of a family house in Rokytnice nad Rokytnou in the district of Třebíč. The family house is designed as a two-story building with a basement, warm flat roof and a garage for two cars. The design respects the nature of the surrounding area and makes full use of the site. Designed for 4 to 6 people. The perimeter walls in the basement are made of Porotherm ceramic fittings and insulated with polystyrene. The perimeter walls of the above-mentioned floors are also made of Porotherm ceramic fittings with embedded thermal insulation. Ceiling structures are reinforced concrete. The plot is mostly flat. The thesis contains the drawing and documentation in the form of the implementation project, the design includes also the thermal technical assessment, the fire safety solution, the acoustic assessment and the lighting assessment.
