Abstract
Tématem bakalářské práce je Budova bývalého soudu ve Zlíně. Druhý nejstarší objekt ve městě se nachází v centru na nároží parku, na křižovatce ulic Bartošova a Soudní. Ocitá se nejen v centru samotného města, ale především v křižovatce nejfrekventovanějších pěších proudů při cestě za nákupy, dopravou, univerzitami, apod. Budova bohužel zasahuje do části městského parku, jeho jasná hranice je tímhle narušena. V okolí se nachází velké množství veřejných ploch, které až na Gahurův prospekt jsou slabě využívány. Za to může jejich nešťastné řešení a absence potřebného vybavení. Tento návrh se snaží se stavbou naložit jako s občanským vybavením parku ( občerstvení, zábavou ve veřejném prostoru, toalety). Dostavbou letního kina jasně definuje novou hranici parku. Projekt doplňuje nárožním ulicím potřebný městský parter a na něj navrací částečně travnatou plochu jako zelenou hranici parku. Skrze tento parter je umožněn vjezd i výjezd do podzemních garáží a taky hlavní vstup do letního kina skrze schodiště narušující stereotypní rastr parteru. Bývalá budova je doplněna o letní kino, podzemní garáže, nárožní komerční parter. Dále je k budově přistavěn čtyřpatrový kvádr se schodištěm a sanitárními prostory budovy. I přes patřičné přístavby je důležité, aby si budova soudu zanechala nejdominantnější výraz a přístavby v jejích kontaktu se chovali spíše doplňkově a podřadněji. Návrh zachovává původní výraz i historickou fasádu bývalého soudu. Včetně sklonů a tvarů střechy. Před zmíněnou fasádou je v záměru zrušit parkovací stání a vozidla přesunout do podzemí pod hlediště letního kina z důvodů provzdušnění a ,,prozření“ před prostorem budovy i parku.
This bachelor thesis deals with the former court building in Zlín. It is the second oldest structure in the city, situated at the crossroads of the streets Bartošova and Soudní, next to a park. It is not only located in the geographical center of the city, but also the at the confluence of the most frequented routes leading to shopping centers, transportation hubs, university buildings, etc. Unfortunately, the building intersects the park and interrupts its clear boundaries. The vicinity is abundant with public spaces, which, aside from Gahura’s prospect, are mostly unpopular, thanks to their unsuitable design and absence of necessary facilities. The design attempts to turn the building into a facility of the park – a café, public toilets and an interesting public space. The park’s boundaries are sealed with the new building of an open-air cinema. The corner of the streets is improved by the much-needed parterre, including a new lawn which creates a natural border of the park. This space is also used as an entrance to the underground parking lot and the main entrance to the open-air cinema. Further, there is a new cube-shaped four-storey extension to the building which contains a new staircase and necessary sanitation rooms. The extension is designed so that it doesn’t undermine the dominance of the court building itself, and presents itself in an inferior manner. The design keeps in mind the original façade and expression of the building, including the shape and slope of the roofs. The parking lot is moved from in front of the building under the new open-air cinema, to clear up the parterre and make it more representative.
