Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá obnovou a novým využitím bývalého Okresního soudu ve Zlíně. Objekt už dlouho neplní žádnou funkci. Proto je cílem této práce nalezení vhodného architektonického návrhu, který by splňoval požadavky pro nové využití. Jedná se o penzion s restaurací, pivovarem, wellness službami a malou posilovnou. Vzhledem k rozsáhlému poškození přístaveb ze severní strany k původnímu objektu, je zachován objekt bývalého soudu a část novější přístavby. Ta ale musela být snížena o dvě podlaží kvůli nestabilnímu podloží a nekvalitnímu provedení izolace ploché střechy. Rekonstrukce má být co nejpříznivější ke zlínské architektuře, proto je navrženo nové opláštění přístavby do lícového zdiva. Fasáda objektu soudu je zachována, v pastelových barvách.
The Bachelor´s thesis is about the restoration and new use of the District Court in Zlín. The building hasn´t been using for a long time. Therefore, the aim of this work is to find a suitable architectural design which meets the requirements for a new use. This is a guesthouse with restaurant, brewery, spa services, and a small gym. Due to the extensive damage of annex from the north side, the object of the District Court and the newer annex are retained. But the annex will be reduced, two storeys will be demolished because of unstable ground and poor quality of roof insulation. Reconstruction will be favorable to architecture of Zlín. There is new sheathing by facing bricks. The facade of the District Court building is preserved, it has pastel colors.
