Abstract
Předmětem této bakalářské práce je řešení polyfunkčního domu v Brně. Jedná se o terasový dům v Brně-Líšni na pozemku mezi ulicemi Novolíšeňská a Josefy Fiamonové. Stavba je převážně obytná a je doplněna o služby kavárny a fitness centra. Forma vychází ze svažitého terénu pozemku a z použitého konstrukčního systému. Nadzemní část stavby je poskládaná z kontejnerů firmy Intecon, spodní část je navržena ze železobetonu. Hmotu objektu tvoří tři ramena, která do jisté míry kopírují terén jak půdorysně (vějířovitě se otevírají na jih kolmo na vrstevnice), tak i v řezu, pouze spodní části jsou vykonzolované a vystupují tak ze svahu do prostoru. V severní části stavby jsou umístěny služby a vjezd do podzemního zakladačového parkoviště, tyto prostory oddělují obytnou část od frekventované silnice (ulice Novolíšeňská) a obytná funkce tak směřuje na klidnější jih, kde jsou umístěny terasy většiny bytů a kavárny, a je umožněn výhled na Brno. Prostor mezi rozevřenými křídly vyplňuje v severní části parkovací zakladač, který je částečně pod zemí, a v nejnižším patře společné prostory pro obyvatele bytů. Fasáda kombinuje bílou, šedou a černou barvu. Bílá omítka značí obytnou část, šedá část služeb a v severní části u vchodu do objektu je kvůli různorodosti okenních otvorů navržena černá předsazená fasáda, perforovaná plynule a dle potřeby osvětlení vnitřních prostorů, a plochy tak působí ucelenějším dojmem. Na boční fasádě jsou použita čtvercová okna různých velikostí, řád této fasádě dává vystupující konstrukce kontejneru. Na jih je objekt prosklený, v nejnižším patře jsou úzká vertikální okna.
The aim of the Bachelor thesis is design of mixed-use building in Brno. It is terraced house in the district of Brno-Líšeň on the parcel between Novolíšeňská street and Josefy Fiamonové street. Building has mostly housing function and there is also cafe and fitness centre. Desing of the building is based on the sloping terrain and construction system. Overground part of the building consists of containers from firm Intecon, underground part is designed from reinforced concrete. Object has three main mass and they copy the terrain in floor plan (object is open to south around contour line) and also in section, only lowest part protrude from the slope like console. In the north part of building is placed cafe, fitness centre and entrance into the stacket parking and it schields housing part from the busy road (Novolíšeňská street) and it is open to quiet south, where are flat‘s and cafe‘s terraces and they have a great view of Brno. Space between three main parts is filled with a stacket parking in the north and in the lowest floor there are places for all residents. Facade combines white, grey and black color. White render signs housing part, grey render signs part of services and because of using diverse windows in the north part, there is a black facade, perforated continuously according to interior lithing needs and it unite the north facade. On the side facades there are square windows in diferent sizes and there are also container constructions shown ahead of the surface and it gives some system to the facade. Southern facade is mostly glazed and in the lowest floor there are vertical windows.
