Abstract
Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby nadstandardního rodinného domu ve svahu. Objekt je samostatně stojící a je zasazen do svažitého terénu v katastrálním území města Brna, městské části Žabovřesky. Půdorys domu je navržen ve tvaru písmene L. Je částečně podsklepený jedním podlažím, jedno podlaží je zasazeno do terénu a jedno je nadzemní. Garáž pro čtyři osobní automobily je součástí objektu, s domem je propojena protipožárními dveřmi v zádveří. Střecha je navržena plochá, vegetační. Vstup do objektu je situován ze severní strany. Zde se nachází i vjezd na pozemek, který je z přilehlé místní komunikace. Konstrukčním systém je železobetonový skelet tvořený sloupy a průvlaky. Obvodové zdivo z vápenopískových kvádrů KMB Sendwix je opatřeno kontaktním zateplovacím systémem. Vodorovné konstrukce jsou navrženy z předpjatých stropních panelů Spiroll a systémových prvků KMB Sendwix. Vnitřní i vnější schodišťová ramena jsou železobetonová, prefabrikovaná. Přes závětří do zádveří v přízemí objektu se vstupuje do obytné části rodinného domu, ale i do garáže a šatny. Z haly se dostaneme do pracovny, pokoje s WC a koupelnou. Do ložnice, která obsahuje šatnu, koupelnu a WC. Dále do dvou symetrických pokojů, z nichž každý má svou šatnu, lodžii, koupelnu i WC. Všechny koupelny a hala na tomto podlaží jsou osazeny střešními světlíky. Hala propojena schodištěm do prvního suterénu navazuje na chodbu propojující obytné místnosti s částí technickou i relaxační. Z kuchyně a jídelny se dostaneme do vinného sklepa, sklepa i obývacího pokoje. Jídelna a obývací pokoj jsou propojeny oboustrannou krbovou vložkou a z obou místností je umožněn vstup na zahradu. Dále je zde kino a WC umístěné pod schody. Technická část domu obsahuje dvě technické místnosti a jednu technickou místnost ve druhém suterénu přístupnou přes plošinu nacházející se v bazénové hale. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate project documentation of construction of a high standard detached house on a slope. The building is self-standing and is set on a sloping terrain in the cadastral territory of the city of Brno, in the district Žabovřesky. The ground plan of the house is designed in the shape of letter L. One storey is partly in basement, one storey is planted in the terrain and one is above ground. Garage for four cars is part of the building connected to the house by a fire door in the vestibule. The roof is designed flat and vegetative. The entrance to the building is situated from the northern side. Here is also the entrance to the ground which is from the adjacent local road. The construction system is made of reinforced concrete skeleton consisting of columns and beams. The KMB Sendwix panel has a contact isolation system. Horizontal constructions are designed from pre-stressed Spiroll ceiling panels and KMB Sendwix system components. The internal and external stairwells are reinforced concrete, prefabricate. Through the leeward to the basement on the ground floor of the building, we enter the residential part of the family house, but also into the garage and dressing room. From the hall we get to the study, the room with toilet and bathroom. The bedroom are includes with a dressing room, a bathroom and a toilet. Furthermore, there are two symmetrical rooms, each of which has its own dressing room, loggia, bathroom and a toilet. All bathrooms and the hall on this floor are fitted out with roof skylights. The hall, connected by a staircase to the first basement, connects to the corridor that is connecting the living rooms with a technical and also a relaxing part of the house. From the kitchen and the dining room we reach the wine cellar, cellar and living room.
