Abstract

Na podstavci menzy a sportovního centra je posazen objem studentského bydlení. Ve vnitrobloku vzniká dvůr krytý ze strany ulice hmotou budovy. Schodišti je vytvořeno propojení a průhled severojižním směrem přes řešené území. Budovou se jako prostorová struktura vine chodba dělená prostorem k pobytu studentů. Otvory ve stropních deskách v těchto pobytových prostorech vytváří vertikální propojení. Posunutí otvorů po délce budovy vytváří horizontální propojení. Vznikají tak napůl otevřené, napůl uzavřené jedno- a dvoupodlažní pobytové prostory poskytující výhledy a průhledy jak v rámci jednoho, tak v rámci různých podlaží. Je umožněn členitý průhled z nejspodnějšího do horního podlaží. Do této struktury jsou poté jako hmoty zasazené bloky pokojů.

The building of student housing is laid on the pedestal of student hall and sport centre. A court of the top of the pedestal is shaded from the street by the volume of the building. A connection and a view through the whole site is set up by staircases heading to and off the court. There is a corridor leading throw the building which is devided through open residence areas for the students. Holes in the floors create vertical connections. Displacement of the holes in the length of the building creates horizontal connection. Half-open one- ore two-storied residential areas are created which offer views through the whole building. In this spatial structure are placed the volumes of student housing.
