Résumé

Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje informační systém konkrétní společnosti. Zabývá se i návrhem inovací informačního systému, který povede k lepší efektivitě systému a zlepšení služeb zákazníkům.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with analysis of the concrete company information system. The next part of the thesis presents the proposal of the innovation of the information system. Based on the innovation it will improve the efficiency of the system and further customer services.
