Podnikatelský záměr firmy

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá sestavením podnikatelského plánu pro založení malé firmy. Jedná se o svatební a společenskou agenturu LuWe. Práce se dále zabývá všemi aspekty souvisejícími se založením firmy, analýzou trhu, koncovými zákazníky, dodavateli, konkurencí, cenou za nabízené služby a produkty s cílem prosadit se na trhu a dlouhodobě prosperovat.

The bachelor's thesis deals with a drawing of a business plan for founding a small business. The paper focuses on the bridal and social agency LuWe. The thesis is further concerned with all the aspects connected with a foundation of a company, market analysis, end users, suppliers, competitors, as well as a price of the service and product provided in order to assert in the market and achieve a prosperity.
