Postup výroby součástky šicího stroje

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na výrobu ozubeného kola, které je součástí umístěnou v šicím stroji. V první části je proveden rozbor ozubeného kola, včetně popisu funkce. Dále je popsán výběr polotovaru, včetně výpočtu potřebného množství materiálu. Následující část popisuje stroje potřebné pro výrobu součásti, nástroje, které budou při výrobě použity, a technologický postup. V další části je zmíněn systém náhradních dílů ve firmě, možnost reklamace nebo nákupu jednotlivých součástí šicích strojů. Poslední část práce je věnována technicko-ekonomickému zhodnocení navržené výroby.

The bachelor thesis focused on the production of a gear which is part of the sewing machine. In the first part is the gear wheel analyzed, including the description of his function. There is also a selection of the semi-product is described, including the calculation of the required amount of material. The following section describes the machines needed to manufacture the component, the tools which will be used during production and the technological process. In the next part is mentioned the system of spare parts in the company, the possibility of claiming or purchasing individual parts of sewing machines. The last part of the thesis is devoted to the technical and economic evaluation of the proposed production.
