Abstract

Práca predkladá vypracovanie rešerše pre odstránenie defektov pri ohýbaní trubiek. V prvej časti sa zaoberá priblížením defektov vznikajúcim pri ohýbaní a ich bližší popis. V druhej časti sú popísané jednotlivé možnosti zamedzenia defektov pre ručné a strojné ohýbanie. Najväčšia časť je venovaná najviac používanej metóde pri strojnom automatizovanom ohýbaní. Jedná sa o použitie stabilizačných tŕňov, ktoré majú v modernej technológie najväčšie postavenie a najkvalitnejšie výsledky ohýbaných dielcov.

The thesis presents a research for the removal of defects in bending tubes. In the first part, it deals with the approximation of defects resulting from bending and their further description. In the second part, the individual defects for manual and machine bending are described. The largest part is focused on the most used method in machine-bending. These are the use of mandrels, which have the highest position in the modern technology and the best results of the bent parts.
