Posouzení informačního systému firmy a návrh změn

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá posouzením informačního systému společnosti Flatio, s.r.o. a návrhem jeho změn pro zlepšení současného stavu. Na základě teoretických východisek je v praktické části provedena analýza současného stavu společnosti a analýza jejího podnikového informačního systému Money S4. Ze získaných výsledků je navrženo řešení, vedoucí k odstranění nalezených nedostatků, které by ve výsledku mělo podpořit efektivitu využívání informačního systému a dosahování strategických cílů společnosti.

This bachelor thesis is dealing with the evaluation of the informational system of the company Flatio s.r.o. and suggests changes for improvement of its current situation.The practical part of this thesis presents an analysis of the current situation of this company and an analysis of the company informational system Money S4, based on theoretical knowledge. With the results of the analysis, a suggested solution is presented to eliminate found deficiencies and also to increase efficiency of using informational systems to help achieve strategic goals of the company.
