Abstract
Tématem projektu je návrh vinařství sekt Jan Petrák. Řešené území se nachází v klidovém území obce Kobylí. V současné době je zde rodinný dům s nádvořím, kde se dále nachází zemědělská stavba pro výrobu vinných sektů. Dům se nachází v řadové zástavbě, kde je z jihovýchodní části v přímém kontaktu se sousedním domem. Jedná se o nepodsklepený dvoupodlažní objekt pravidelného obdélníkového tvaru, zastřešen sedlovou střechou. Svým tvarem a výškou zapadá do okolní zástavby rodinných domů. Barva fasády objektu je bílá a je kombinována s dřevěnými lamely, které slouží ke stínění a k zajištění soukromí. Zemědělský objekt je navržen jako nízká zástavba se zelenou střechou, na kterou budou umístěny fotovoltaické panely. Samotný objekt bude řešen jako rekonstrukce s využitím stávajících zdi. U dvoru bylo snahou jej co nejvíce prosvětlit, ale zároveň vytvořit přístřešek pro práci při nepříznivém počasí. Ve dvoru se nachází tři parkovací místa, z toho jedno je bezbariérové, dále ukryté odpadkové koše i na tříděný odpad, vstup do zahrady a do zemědělského výrobního objektu. Stavba rodinného domu s vinotékou a degustací vína je z hlediska dispozičního řešení řešena jako tři funkční jednotky, a to na jednotku soukromou, veřejnou a provozní. Veřejná jednotka slouží k návštěvě zákazníků, kteří zde mohou zakoupit a degustovat vinné sekty. Veřejná část rodinného domu je řešena jako bezbariérová. Soukromá část se skládá z rodinného bydlení a kanceláře. Provozní jednotka se skládá z technické místnosti a celního skladu. Celní sklad slouží k uchování hotových vinných sektů bez nutnosti okamžité úhrady celního dluhu.
The theme of the project is the design of Jan Petrák winery in Kobylí. Currently there is a family house with a backyard where is also situated an agricultural building for the production of sparkling wines. The house is semi-detached, connected to the neighbouring house by its southeastern wall/part. The establishment consists of two floors and no basement, it has a regular shape and is topped with a saddle roof. Its attributes correspond to those of the surrounding family houses. The color of the facade of the building is white and is combined with wooden slats that are used as a shield and ensure privacy. The agricultural building is designed as a low green-roofed building with photovoltaic panels. The establishment itself will be solved as a reconstruction using the existing walls. The aim was to make the courtyard as light as possible, while also creating a shelter that enables work in bad weather. There are three parking slots in the courtyard, one of which is parking space for the disabled. Further, there are hidden waste bins for sorted waste and an access to the garden and to the agricultural production facility. The construction of a family house with a wine cellar and wine tasting is divided into three functional units in terms of the layout solution: on a private, public, and operational/service unit. The public unit serves for the visiting customers as a place where they can taste and buy the sparkling wines. The public part of the family house is designed as barrier-free. The private part consists of a family home and an office. The operating unit consists of a technical room and a bonded warehouse. The customs warehouse is used to preserve finished wine sects without requiring immediate payment of customs debt.
