Abstract
Bakalářská práce řeší projekt bytového domu a řadových garáží v Havlíčkově Brodě v ulici Rozkošská na parcelách č. 659/39 a 659/1, které jsou mírně svažité. Bytový dům je částečně podsklepený, má tři nadzemní a jedno podzemní podlaží. Obvodové nosné konstrukce v nadzemním podlaží jsou navrženy z keramických tvárnic Porotherm, doplněné kontaktním zateplovacím systémem podle zásad ETISC. V suterénu jsou obvodové nosné konstrukce řešeny jako železobetonová monolitická stěna, která je opatřena tepelnou izolací. Vodorovné nosné konstrukce jsou navrženy jako monolitické železobetonové desky. Objekt je zastřešen jednoplášťovou plochou střechou. V bytovém domě je navrženo 11 bytových jednotek různých dispozičních řešení. Řadové garáže budou tvořeny 11 garážemi pro osobní automobily a 1 garáží pro motorky. Obvodové stěny budou vyzděny z tvárnic Porotherm. Střecha je navržena plochá jednoplášťová.
This bachelor‘s thesis deals with a project of an apartement building and terraced garages in Havlíčkův Brod Rozkošská street on plots no. 659/39 and 659/1 that are slightly sloping. The apartement building is partial basement, it has three above-ground floors and one basement. The external wall of the above-ground part of the project is made of Porotherm clay blocks complemented with thermal insulation system according to ETICS. The external wall of the basement is designed as cast-in-place reinforced concrete wall which is provided with thermal insulation. Horizontal load-bearing structures are designed as cast-in-place reinforced slabs. The building is roofed with a warm flat roof. There are 11 flats with a different layout design suggest. The terraced garages will consist 11 garages for personal cars and one garage for motorbikes. The external walls are made of Porotherm clay blocks. The roof is designed as a warm flat roof.
