Realizace technologické etapy vrchní stavby polyfunkčního domu v Berouně

Abstract

Obsahem bakalářské práce je zpracování tří technologických etap vrchní stavby polyfunkčního domu v Berouně. Stavba je navržena za účelem bydlení a občanské vybavenosti. Součástí objektu je kavárna a dvě obchodní jednotky. Jedná se o částečně podsklepenou stavbu s jedním podzemním a třemi nadzemními podlažími. Hlavní nosnou konstrukci stavby tvoří monolitický skelet doplnění ztužující stěnou a jádrem. Obvodový plášť je vyzděný z cihelných tvárnic Porotherm. Předmětem zpracovaných technologických etap je řešení monolitických železobetonových svislých nosných konstrukcí v 1NP, monolitického železobetonového stropu nad 1NP a obvodového výplňového zděného pláště v 1NP. V rámci jiného zadání jsou zpracovány výkresy bednění pro řešené monolitické železobetonové konstrukce.

The bachelor thesis deals with the processing of three technological stages of the headquarters of the polyfunctional building in Beroun. The building is designed for housing and civic amenities. There is a café and two business units. It is a partly basement building with one underground and three above-ground floors. The main supporting construction of the building is a monolithic skeleton reinforced with wall and core reinforcement.The perimeter casing is made of brick blocks Porotherm. The subject of the processed technological stages is the solution of monolithic reinforced concrete vertical supporting structures in 1st floor, monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling over 1st floor and perimeter filler masonry in 1st floor. In the framework of other assignments are processed formwork drawings for solved monolithic reinforced concrete structures.
