Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a vypracováním projektové dokumentace pro rodinný dům, který se nachází v katastrálním území Dobrá Voda u Českých Budějovic. Stavba je dvoupodlažní se suterénem a garáží pro dvě vozidla, která je součástí 1NP. Objekt je navržen pro bydlení čtyřčlenné až pětičlenné rodiny. Konstrukční systém svislých nosných konstrukcí je z cihelného zdiva, doplněný o železobetonové stropy. Ve 2NP tvoří obvodovou konstrukci provětrávaná fasáda z broušených cihel, kombinovaného roštu, zateplovacího systému ETICS a fasádních latí. V suterénu budovy je infrasauna a k ní potřebné zázemí. Zastřešení objektu je dvojicí plochých vegetačních střech. Výplně otvorů jsou dřevěné. Bakalářská práce je zpracována ve formě projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby.
The bachelor thesis deals with design and elaboration of project documentation for a family house, which is located in the cadastral area of Dobrá Voda u Českých Budějovic. The building is a two-storey building with a basement and a garage for two vehicles, which is part of the 1st floor. The building is designed for housing of four to fivemember families. The construction system of vertical supporting structures is made of brick masonry, complemented by reinforced concrete ceilings. Windows and doors in the building are wooden. The peripheral wall in the second floor is made as ventilated facade with combined grate an ETICS thermal insulation system and facade wood. In the basement of the building is located infrasauna and the necessary background. The roof of the building is a pair of flat vegetation roofs. The bachelor thesis is elaborated in the form of project documentation for the execution of the construction.
