Vliv regionální mzdy na cenu stavebního díla

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zjištění vlivu regionálních mezd na cenu stavebního díla. Zkoumá závislost ceny práce na cenu celého stavebního díla v různých regionech České republiky. Jako podklad pro zpracování práce byl použit položkový rozpočet vytvořený v programu Kros Plus.

This bachelor thesis focuses on determining the effect of regional wages on the price of construction. It examines the dependence of labor cost on the cost of the whole construction in various regions of the Czech Republic. As a basis for work elaboration an itemized budget created in Kros Plus program has been used.
