Abstract
The article compares the results in the solving of the supersonic flow in the apertures of he electron microscope. Ansys Fluent permits to use three solvers in solving of Stock-Navier equations. We used Pressure- Based Segregated, Pressure- Based coupled and Density- Based solver and then the results were evaluated. At the same time, all of the variants were set for the second order Discretization.
