Koncept: vytvoření nové " KLIDNÉ ULICE" konkurující ulici Křížové( ruch, množství aut), vytvoření nových veřejných a poloveřejných prostorů plných barev, zeleně a ploch odpočinku.
 
Concept: creating new "quiet street" in oposition with the Křížová Street, creating new public and semipublic colorfull spaces with green rest areas.
