dc.description.abstractThis work deals with designing and constructing device which can indicate position of the microplates. This includes hardware design, block chart and utility software. Next important section deals with software design of graphical user interfaces and how to control the microcontroller. The final product is a hardware tool that uses array of 96 two-color LED to indicate the position in microplate. This product will be operated at Faculty of Medicine, Masaryk University in Brno.en
