Návrh pásové pily s automatickou výměnou pilových pásů

Abstract

Cieľom tejto práce je vypracovať rešerš v oblasti pásových píl so sklopným ramenom a navrhnúť pásovú pílu s automatickou výmenou pílových pásov. V prvej časti práce je spracovaný prehlaď a rozdelenie pásových píl dostupných na trhu. Druhá časť práce je zameraná na konštrukčný návrh dvoch variant pásových píl, ich zhodnotenie, rozpracovanie vybraného variantu a základné konštrukčné výpočty. Výsledkom tejto práce je 3D model pásovej píly, výkres zostavy a výkresy troch súčastí píly a animácia oboch variant.

The aim of this thesis is to conduct a research in the field of band saws with a folding arm and to design a band saw with an automatic exchange of saw blades. In the first part of the project there is processed an overview of the division and distribution of band saws available on the market. The second part of the thesis is focused on the design of two variants of band saws, their evaluation, development of selected variant and basic design calculations. The result of this work is a 3D model of band saw, assembly drawing and drawings of three saw bits and also an animation of both variants.
