1. Fulfillment of the goal The goal of the thesis was to find to what extend Corporate Social Responsibility and related activities of organizations influence the decision-making of applicants for employment, with a focus on Czech expatriates in the UK. After reading this thesis I can state that the student has approached the problem systematically and worked effectively towards fulfilling the goal. 2. Content processing and approach to diploma work conception The theoretical part represents a nice overview of the topic. I appreciate that the author grounded hypotheses in an appropriate mix of literature sources. The research part is questionnaire-based, with a proper sample size, allowing for statistical data analyses. I generally consider this to be appropriate for a diploma thesis. 3. Formal particulars of the diploma thesis and layout I believe that the thesis meets the standards in terms of formatting and layout and includes all necessary formalities. 4. Comments about the thesis My major comments are directed towards methodology/results section. I found it very clearly structured with the division of the overall hypothesis into 4 subsections, each supported by the appropriate data. What was especially well done was the pre-research the author conducted in order to make sure her research would be valid and current. The combination of questionnaires targeting both, employers and job seekers, and thus connecting the supply and demand of the job market make this paper relevant and useful across the industry.
