Author is comparing two new potential markets for selected company - one within EU (Poland), second outside EU (Ukraine). Comparison is well prepared based on performed analysis. Finally author gives recommendation to the company to expand into Poland (lower risk way recommended). Typically lower risk means lower profits but potential profit comparison is not provided within the market analysis, so it cannot be evaluated - estimated profits are calculated for selected Polish market only. Within proposals author also compares several ways of possible expansion to the Polish market with final recommendation of using export through representative office. Question: Could you compare all the important advantages and disadvantages of subsidiary and representative office options?

The author choose the topic which could be crucial for the future expansion and possible future development of the company Amicus SK. The thesis analyses and compare eventual forms of expansion, and estimated related launching and operating costs. The layout of the thesis is well structured, but in the comparison part, the final evaluation could have been more developed with formulation of the more detailed recommendations and outcomes resulted.
