Student has worked actively in whole process of thesis preparation. Submitted proposal is practically oriented and it is based on analysis of the contemporary situation. I especially appreciate chapter proposal of solution – all proposals are very detailed and can be helpful for implementation of the project. The author focuses on the use of project management methods in a selected company. The theoretical part of the thesis is based on a considerable number of sources. The analytical part of the thesis is elaborated in detail, the author is able to interpret the results and draw conclusions from them. I very positively evaluate the structure of work and work with information sources. In the practical part, the author works very well with project management tools and is able to apply them practically to a selected company. The main aim of the thesis - the application of theoretical knowledge, tools and methods of project management in the company - is fulfilled.
