Abstract
ARCHITEKTONICKÉ RIEŠENIE Centrom a vstupným bodom za atrakciami a relaxom je terasa s bazénom, s prístupom do kafé a svetlíkmi do recepcie. Okolo nej sa dva a pol krát obtáča plytká rampa. Tá je ohraničená nosnými stenami, za ktorými, ako za paravánmi sa skrývaju jednotlivé atrakcie, atmosféry. Výškova zmena každého bazéna, či sauny a s tým spojená fyzická námaha je odmenená otvorenými výhľadmi do okolia a samotným relaxom. Vstup do objektu je cez krytý, ale presvetlený záliv, pasáž, ktorá je pokračovaním ulice Rybárska. Tým pádom samotná recepcia je ukončením ulice. Takto odstránim problém parcely, ktorá je akoby mimo mestské dianie. DISPOZIČNÉ RIEŠENIE V časti pasáže navrhujem výstup z parkoviska, kafé-bar s jednoduchým čerstvým menu a multifunkčnú dieľňu, tvorivý kútik. Je totižto známe, že v starých lázenských lokalitách sa našli hodnotné kusy keramiky, drobnej výtvarnej tvorby a iných artefaktov, ktoré hovoria o prepojení relaxu s čipernými prácami, s relaxom manuálnym a duchovným. Zároveň táto miestnosť bude slúžiť aj ako detské jasle pre rodičov oddychujúcich v láznich, a to v presne určené dni a dobu. Po vstupe do samotných lázni , v recepcii s vysokými stropmi a svetlíkmi z terasy, sa návštevník vydá do šatní s hygienickým zázemim. Následne má volbu, či sa poberie k atrakciám , alebo zájde do posilovne, či telocvične. Ďalšou voľbou je samotný pohyb po lázních. V smere od hora nadol je cesta vláčna, krv rozprúdi opačná trasa, pri ktorej návštevník vydá určitú fyzickú námahu. V 2np sa okrem kaviarne výlučne pre hostí a výstupu na terasu, nachádzajú aj masážne kóje. Veľkú časť priestoru zaberajú technické miestnosti, ako i administratíva lázní. Na nasledújúcom poschodí sa hosť vystkytne vo vačšom foyer, s pitnou kúrou a miestnosťou plavčíka a prvej pomoci. Presklenou fasádou je možno pohliadnuť nielen na lesy nad Riviérou, ale i do átria, s vonkajšou terasou a vždy vyhriatym bazénom. Foyer je skutočným začiatkom cesty. Prvá rampa stúpa práve z tato. Všetky tmavé chodby, vystriedal jas presklených a priesvitných fasád. Nosnými sú len steny lemujúce rampy a pár doplňujúcich stĺpov pro obvode budovy. O pol metra vyššie ( a vždy sa stúpa len o 500 mm, v sklone 1:16 na 8 metroch dĺžky), sa návštevník dostáva k prvému bazénu. Slnečná južná fasáda je navrhnutá ako dvojitá, v tomto bode je skleníkom, preto niet divu, že prvé dva bazény sú spojené s dýchaním, inhaláciou, prírodou,bylinkami. Na podeste (+7.400) sa nachádza matným sklom presklená hygienická jednotka pozostávajúca z 2 wc, wc pre ztp a inštalačnej šachty. Na jednej čelnej stene sú sprchy. Tento prvok sa opakuje, kabína je vysoká len 2,6 m(sv miestnosti je 3,65m), tak aby posobila odľahčene a nebránila priehľadom. Po ľavej strane v protismere hodinových ručičiek rampa zdoláva daľšie stupne. Bazény napravo sú s protiprúdom a výrivý. V tejto časti je fasáda otočená do ulice Poříčí, na križovatku s Rybárskou a vo výške 8 metrov už z bazénov vidno na dva styčné body Brna:Petrov a Špilberk. tiež sa tu návštevník dostane k únikovému-prepojovaciemu schodisku. Možnosť skrátiť si cestu k saunám je práve tu. Nasledújúci bazén zase čerpá z možností dvojitej fasády. Studenúuvodu doplní studené, stínené, severne smerújúce prostredie. Horúci bazén je na výškovej úrovni s hygienickou kabínou....

Z týchto predstáv vznikol koncept. Uzatvorená, v konečnom dôsledku skoro kocka. Obnovujem Malé Benátky, ktoré kedysi boli na brehoch Svráteckého náhonu a zanikli spolu s jeho zasypaním. Koncentrujem náhon do lázní. Vytváram cestu a prvky videné v okolí náhonu a vody (záhrady, kvety, rybí trh, nemocnica, mlýn, bažiny…), transformujem do návrhu (atmosféra cesty, farebnosť, zábaly, ošetrenie, centrálny priestor, bylinky..)., Beauty is the reflection of the truth, "said Mies van der Rohe.
