Abstract
Rozvoj nanotechnologií, zejména v posledních letech, je velice dynamický a nachází uplatnění v celé řadě nejen technických odvětví. Toto ovšem není možné říci o sledování případných nežádoucích zdravotních nebo environmentálních vlivů. Na straně druhé je nutné konstatovat, že hodnocení těchto vlivů je velmi složité, a to i s ohledem na poměrně krátkou dobu využívání nanotechnologií. Nedostatek relevantních informací o případných negativních účincích nanočástic jakož i absence legislativních nástrojů vede v poslední době k požadavkům na hodnocení rizik těchto částic a materiálů. Příspěvek analyzuje možné přístupy a metody k hodnocení zdravotních rizik nanočástic z pohledu bezpečnosti pracovního prostředí v technických oblastech a upozorňuje na nezbytnost tohoto řešení.
The development of nanotechnology is particularly in recent years very dynamic and is applied in many not only technical branches. This is not possible to say about monitoring of possible health and environmental undesirable influence. On the other hand is necessary to say that the assessment of this influence is very difficult also with regard on relatively short period of nanotechnology using. The lack of relevant information about possible undesirable effects of nanoparticles and also absence of legislative measures in recent time leads to requirements on risk assessment of these particles and materials. The paper analyze possible approaches and methods of health risk assessment from the point of view of safety work environment at technical areas and efforts on necessary of solution of this issue.
