Abstract
Předmětem bakalářské práce je popsat organizaci stavební zakázky. Ukázat stavební zakázku v klíčových úsecích a jednotlivé fáze průchodu zakázky společností, na praktických příkladech. V prvních dvou kapitolách je nastíněna současná praxe dnešního stavebnictví a v souvislosti jsou zde zmíněny důvody pro zavedení principů projektového řízení do praxe stavebního podniku. Třetí kapitola je věnována popisu stavební zakázky. Představení stavebního podniku, který konkrétní zakázku prováděl a samotného stavebního díla, které je předmětem pro uvedení praktických příkladů organizace výstavby. Ve čtvrté kapitole jsou uvedeny klíčové milníky v průchodu stavební zakázky organizací. Jednotlivé úseky jsou popsány a konfrontovány s realitou ve stavební praxi na konkrétní zakázce a jsou zde zmíněna možná řešení popisované problematiky.
The aim of the thesis is to describe an organization of a building order, and to show its key phases. The individual phases of how a order is completed in a company are shown on practical examples. The first two chapters deal with the current situation of today's construction industry; consequently, the reasons for introducing the principles of project management into the construction business practice are mentioned. The third chapter is devoted to the description of a building order. It also presents the construction company that performed the specific order and the actual construction work which is the subject of practical examples of a construction organization. The fourth chapter presents the key milestones in completing the order by the company. Individual sections of a specific order are discussed and confronted with the reality of construction practice, and possible solutions of the discussed issues are also mentioned.
