Abstract
V bakalářské práci je řešena novostavba samostatně stojícího rodinného domu. Objekt se bude nacházet v městě Moravský Krumlov, část Na Kačence parc. číslo 3225/3226, okres Znojmo. Rodinný dům je navržen jako jednopodlažní s částečným podsklepením. Rozměry v maximálním opsaném obrysu domu jsou 21,5x15,25 m . Výška atiky je 3,7 m. Dům je založen na základových pasech z prostého betonu. Z hlediska konstrukce jde o stavbu kombinovanou z betonových tvárnic v suterénu a keramických tvárnic v 1NP. Stropy domu jsou navrženy jako monolitické - železobetonové křížem vyztužené desky. Nosná konstrukce schodiště je železobetonová. Střecha domu je jednoplášťová plochá s klasickým pořadím vrstev a povlakovou fóliovou krytinou.
The thesis is designed newly built freestanding house. The building will be located in Moravský Krumlov , part of the plot Kačence . No. 3225/3226 , Znojmo district . House is designed as a single-storey with partial basement . Maximum dimensions in circumscribing the outline of the house are 21.5 x15 , 25 m . Loft height is 3.7 m house is based on the footings of plain concrete. In terms of design for the combined construction of concrete blocks in the basement and 1st floor in ceramic blocks . The ceilings of the house are designed as monolithic - concrete reinforced with cross boards. The supporting structure is a concrete staircase . The roof of the house is a single-layer flat with the classical order of layers and coating roofing membrane .
