Abstract
V letech 2015 až 2017 nastala řada legislativních změn vztahujících se k problematice bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci v laboratořích, a to nejen těch, kde se nakládá chemickými látkami, ale také těch, kde se pracuje se zdroji neionizujícího záření. Důvodem je jednak posun poznání v těchto oblastech a jednak povinnost implementovat novou evropskou direktivu do českého právního řádu. Kromě toho ale ke změnám přispěl ještě jeden faktor. V nedávné době se při výuce chemie ve školách přihodilo několik nehod, které poukázaly na nedostatečnou průpravu zejména mladých začínajících učitelů v oblasti bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. To se ostatně stalo hlavním podnětem pro komplexní revizi normy ČSN 01 8003, do níž byla nově zařazena i část věnující se školním laboratořím a učebnám. Tento příspěvek si klade za cíl shrnout nastalé změny a blíže poukázat na některé související aspekty. Článek byl publikován v rámci sborníku příspěvků 27. mezinárodní konference Soudního nženýrství, Expert Forensic Science (ExFoS) 2018, 1.–2. února 2018 v Brně.
Between 2015 and 2017, there have been a number of legislative changes relating to occupational safety and health at work in laboratories, not only those dealing with chemical substances but also those dealing with sources of non-ionizing radiation. The reason is both the shift of knowledge in these areas and the obligation to implement the new European directive into the Czech legal order. But one factor also contributed to the changes. Recently, a number of accidents have occurred in the teaching of chemistry in schools, which have highlighted the lack of training of, in particular, young beginners in occupational safety and health. This has become the main stimulus for the comprehensive revision of the ČSN 01 8003 standard, which also included a part devoted to school laboratories and classrooms. This article aims to summarize the changes that have been made and to draw attention to some of the related aspects. The paper was introduced in conference proceeding of the 27th International Scientific Conference of Forensic Engineering, Expert Forensic Science (ExFoS) 2018, 1st–2nd of February, 2018 in Brno.
