Abstract
V tomto článku jsou shrnuty závěry a poznatky získané při zpracování disertační práce z let 2014–2016. Článek je zaměřen na zjištění a zhodnocení specifických faktorů, které ovlivňují cenu zemědělských pozemků. Trh se zemědělskými pozemky, zejména ornou půdou a trvalými travními porosty, není v ČR plně rozvinut a tato oblast není zcela prozkoumána. Zemědělský pozemek je specifickým zbožím, neboť je nereprodukovatelný, nepřemístitelný a jejich nabídka je omezená.
This article summarizes the conclusions and knowledge gained during the dissertation from 2014–2016. The article is focused on the identification and evaluation of specific factors affecting the price of agricultural land. The market for agricultural land, especially arable land and permanent grasslands, is not fully developed in the Czech Republic and this area is not fully explored. Agricultural land is a specific commodity because it is unreproducible, indivisible and its offer is limited.
