Abstract
Tato práce se zabývá analýzou nákladů na zabezpečení domu proti krádeži a požáru, kdy jednou je předmětem řešení stavební objekt bez zabezpečení a jednou se zabezpečením. Nejdříve byly vybrány tři pojišťovny a sjednány pojistky nemovitosti v obou variantách zabezpečení. Posléze byli vybrány a naceněny protipožární a zabezpečovací prvky s jejich roční revizí. Výsledkem je porovnání nákladů na celkové zabezpečení stavebního objektu a míra ovlivnění výše pojistné částky.
This thesis deals with cost analysis for protecting home against theft and fire, while once the solution is a building object without security, and once with security. Firstly, three insurance companies were chosen, and home insurances were negotiated in both alternatives of security. Lastly, antifire and security components with their annual audits were chosen and evaluated. The result of this thesis is a comparison of costs for the secured building object, and measurement of influence of the insurance amount.
