Abstract
Článek se zabývá oceněním práva stavby ať se zřízenou či nezřízenou stavbou. Jsou zde uvedeny důležité poznatky o problematice práva stavby. Součástí je kapitola o jednotlivých veličinách, které vstupují do výpočtu ceny práva. Obsahuje grafy závislosti ceny práva stavby na stáří stavby a na míře kapitalizace.
The article deals with the valuation of construction law. The building can be established or not established. It contains important knowledge about construction law. There is a graph of prices of building right on the age of the building.
