Abstract
Modern research in cell biology requires utilization of advanced tools of systems biology as only the deep understanding of various signaling pathways in cells brings substantial information for setting up a targeted therapy for genetic disorders or cancer. Therefore, in silico modelling became an inseparable part of the cell research. Here, I present novel simple-to-control software to analyze and visualize a human cell colony dynamics based on cell cycle regulation and principles of known signaling pathways allowing a simulation of tumor cells proliferation in healthy tissue. The tool available at Github is written in C++ and utilizes OpenGL for visualization.
