Abstract
Stálý výbor pro zemní práce (AKG50) americké Rady pro dopravní výzkum (TRB – Transport Research Board) se ve své činnosti zabývá celou řadou témat souvisejících s geotechnikou dopravních staveb. Z pohledu rizikového inženýrství v České republice se jeví jako zajímavá problematika implementace rizik do hospodaření s geotechnickým majetkem. V roce 2019 byla zveřejněna zpráva NCHRP 903: Geotechnical Asset Management (GAM) for Transportation Agencies, která obsahuje implementační příručku pro správce silnic a dálnic k začlenění majetku jako jsou zdi, svahy, náspy a podloží do jejich systému hospodaření. Příručka navazuje na předchozí práci uskutečněnou ministerstvy dopravy některých států USA a zahrnuje také zkušenosti z dlouhodobých programů GAM ve Velké Británii. Výbor AKG50 se na workshopu v lednu letošního roku zabýval zkušenostmi vybraných států USA s implementací jejich programů GAM.
The Standing Committee on Transportation Earthworks (AKG50) of the US Transportation Research Board (TRB) deals with a wide range of topics related to the geotechnics of transportation structures. From the point of view of risk engineering in the Czech Republic, it seems to be an interesting issue an implementation of risk analyses into geotechnical property management. In 2019, the report NCHRP 903: Geotechnical Asset Management (GAM) for Transportation Agencies was published, which contains an implementation manual for road and highway managers to integrate assets such as walls, slopes, embankments and subsoil into their management system. The manual builds on previous work carried out by some state Departments of Transportation and also includes experience from long-term GAM programs in the UK. At a workshop in January this year, the AKG50 Committee discussed the experience of selected US states with the implementation of their GAM programs.
