Abstract
Jízdní limity moderních vozidel jsou neustále posouvány vlivem inovace v oblastech konstrukce vozidel, pneumatik a systémů jízdní stability. V rámci analýzy silničních nehod je nutná znalost jízdních limitů vozidel, a to i za podmínek snížené adheze v podobě mokrého povrchu vozovky. V posledních letech jsou na trhu stále populárnější vozidla typu SUV, na jejichž jízdní limity na mokrém povrchu vozovky je tento článek zaměřen. Při porovnání jízdních manévrů vozidel typu SUV s dalšími typy osobních vozidel bylo pozorováno dosažení podobných hodnot maximálního příčného zrychlení.
The stability limits of modern vehicles are constantly shifted due to innovation in vehicle design, tires, and driving stability systems. However, the analysis of road accidents requires knowing what specific limits the vehicles can achieve, even under conditions of reduced adhesion in the form of wet road surfaces. In recent years, SUVs have become increasingly popular on the market, which driving stability limits on the wet road surface are explored in this paper. When comparing the driving manoeuvres of SUVs with other types of passenger vehicles, similar values of maximum lateral acceleration were observed.
