Abstract
Analýza cestných dopravných nehôd je komplexnou technickou disciplínou, v rámci ktorej v prípade akejkoľvek cestnej dopravnej nehody ako skúmaného deja platí, že ju dokážeme rámcovo opísať odpoveďami na tri základné otázky, ktorými sú: „ČO?“, „AKO?“ a „PREČO?“. „ČO?“ priamo súvisí s „AKO?“; a „AKO?“ zas priamo súvisí s „PREČO?“. Bezprostredný prienik však už nenájdeme medzi „ČO?“ a „PREČO?“, ak by sme pritom vynechali „AKO?“. Dôsledným a komplexným chápaním nálezu znaleckého posudku (môj príspevok na ExFoS z roku 2018), spolu so zostavením objektívne správneho modelu deja, možno dobre riešiť logické spojenie medzi otázkami „ČO?“ a „AKO?“. Ambíciou, ktorú som si v súvislosti s týmto mojim aktuálnym príspevkom vytýčil, je ponúknuť teoreticky základný model, s využitím ktorého možno dobre riešiť tiež logické spojenie medzi otázkami „AKO?“ a „PREČO?“. Příspěvek byl prezentován na konferenci ExFoS 2022.
The analysis of road accidents is a complex technical discipline in which, in the case of any road accident as an investigated event, we can outline it by answering three basic questions, which are: “WHAT?”, “HOW?” and “WHY?”. „WHAT?“ is directly related to „HOW?“; and „HOW?“ is again directly related to „WHY?“. However, we will no longer find an immediate intersection between the “WHAT?” and “WHY?”, if we omitted “HOW?”. By a consistent and comprehensive understanding of the findings of the expert opinion (my contribution to ExFoS from 2018), together with the compilation of an objectively correct model chain of events, is it possible to solve the logical connection between the questions of “WHAT?” and “HOW?”. The ambition, I set out in connection with my current contribution a theoretically basic model, which they can be solved the logical connection between of the questions “HOW?” and “WHY?”.
