Abstract
s parkem, které naproti sobě otevírá výhled na kopec Špilberk. Ulice Údolní jako spojovací článek mezi centrem a Obilním trhem má ovšem několik nedostatků. Jedním ze zásadních je proluka mezi kanceláří veřejného ochránce práv a zastávkou MHD. Na této proluce je v současnosti nevyhovující parkoviště a několik polorozpadlých domů. Tyto domy se pomalu demolují pro svůj špatný technický stav. Nezastavěná proluka na Obilním trhu je dlouhodobý problém, který je potřeba řešit. V současné době je majetkem Jihomoravského kraje. Dle informací v současnosti zatím nehodlá v nejbližší době tuto problematiku řešit. Výhledově projevuje zájem ji zastavět. Tento záměr je sice v nedohlednu, ale až by nastal, bude se na tomto projektu podílet i Město Brno, které má o parcelu zájem. Do proluky bude zasazena budova pro úřad Jihomoravského kraje, lépe řečeno jeho pobočka. Současné sídlo nemá dostatečnou kapacitu a zcela mu chybí jakékoliv konferenční centrum i místo, kam by se mohli odbory rozšiřovat a doplňovat na více sekcí. Návrh a celková myšlenka zvolit pobočku krajského úřadu vznikla za konzultace právě na krajském úřadě. Do budoucna se nepočítá s tím že by současné odbory zanikly, ale spíše se mohou začít selektovat a vznikat pododbory , a tím vznikne nárok na další kancelářské prostory. V návrhu je zohledněn i prostor pro stravování zaměstnanců a také veřejnosti. Myšlenka transparentnosti umožňuje prolínání jednotlivých struktur mezi sebou navzájem. Bakalářská práce prověří znalosti v oblastech navrhování městských veřejných prostorů, administrativních budov, staveb pro přechodné bydlení, interiérového designu a technicko-konstrukčního řešení stavby.

However, Údolní Street, as a connecting link between the center and the Grain Market, has several shortcomings. One of the key ones is the gap between the Ombudsman's office and the public transport stop. There is currently an unsuitable car park and several dilapidated houses on this gap. These houses are slowly being demolished due to their poor technical condition. An undeveloped gap in the Grain Market is a long-term problem that needs to be addressed. It is currently the property of the South Moravian Region. According to information, he does not currently intend to address this issue in the near future. In the future, he is interested in stopping it. This plan is in sight, but when it occurs, the City of Brno, which is interested in the plot, will also take part in this project. The building for the office of the South Moravian Region, or rather its branch, will be installed in the gap. The current headquarters does not have sufficient capacity and it completely lacks any conference center or place where unions could expand and add to more sections. The proposal and the overall idea to choose a branch of the regional office were created in consultation with the regional office. In the future, it is not expected that the current unions will disappear, but rather that sub-committees may begin to be selected and formed, thus creating the right to additional office space. The proposal also takes into account the space for catering for employees and the public. The idea of transparency allows the interconnection of individual structures. The bachelor's thesis will test knowledge in the areas of design of urban public spaces, office buildings, buildings for temporary housing, interior design and technical design of the building.
