Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti veřejně prospěšného investičního projektu. Cílem studie je poměření vložených nákladů ke konečným výstupům projektu pro kvalifikované investiční rozhodnutí. Teoretická část popisuje tématiku veřejného sektoru, nákladově výstupové metody a podrobněji pojednává o postupu zpracování, účelu a struktuře analýzy nákladů a užitků. V praktické části je řešena studie proveditelnosti včetně analýzy nákladů a užitků modelového veřejného projektu a jeho alternativní možnost financování z dotačního programu Evropské unie.
The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is the evaluation of economic efficiency of the public benefit of the investment project. The aim of the thesis is measurements of embedded costs to final outputs of the project for qualified investment decisions. The theoretical part describes the topic of public sector, cost-output methods and discusses in more detail the procedure for processing and purpose and structure of the cost benefit analysis. Practical part looks on the feasibility study including analysis of costs and benefits of public sector and its alternative financing opinion by the grant program of the European union
