Abstract
Bakalářská práce vychází z ateliérového projektu veřejných staveb. Stavební parcela se nachází mezi ulicemi Lerchova a Údolní. Stavba je rozdělena na tři základní funkční celky: administrativa, obchody a fitness centrum. Princip návrhu spočívá v kontrastu dynamické hmoty použité na část s obchody a fitness centrem, s jednoduchými hmotami použité na administrativní část stavby. Kde dynamické členění hmoty objektu odkazuje na strukturu krystalu, což podtrhává volba materiálu fasády (sklo). Administrativní část budovy má jednoduší prostorové řešení, které se řídí pravoúhlými liniemi. Na tuto část byl zvolen keramický fasádní obklad tmavě šedé barvy, k docílení pocitu nerostu.
