Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem rodinného domu v Šardicích. Jedná se o nepodsklepený jednopodlažní dům s obytným podkrovím a je zastřešen sedlovou střechou. Dům je navržen na základě regulačního plánu vydaném obcí pro řešené území. Stavba svým vzhledem a charakterem koresponduje s okolní zástavbou. Konstrukční systém objektu je zděný systémem KM Beta Sendwix. Stropní konstrukce je panelová.
This bachelor’s thesis solves the draft of the family house in Šardice. This is single-storey house with living loft, without cellar and with saddleback roof. The house is designed in a frame of the regulative plan which was issued by municipality for the particular area. The building corresponds with built-up area by it’s character and visual aspect. The construction system is brick by KM Beta Sendwix system. The ceiling is prefabricated board.
