Abstract
Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování stavebně techické části projektové dokumentace pro realizaci novostavby rodinného domu s vinným sklepem. Dům je částečně podsklepen , má dvě nadzemní podlaží a pultovou střechu. Stavba je navržena z tradičních středoevropských materiálů. Součástí bakalářské práce je i seminární práce na téma nové trendy ve zdících prvcích.
The topic of this Bachelor thesis is an elaboration of technical documentation for a project of detached house with wine-cellar. The house is partly basement, with two floors and pent roof. The building is designed with traditional central european building materials. Part of this thesis is also a seminar work on theme of new trends in masonry elements.
