Abstract
Cílem práce bylo navržení areálu technologického a inovačního centra v rozvojové lokalitě města Telč, v městské části Za Stínadly. Navržené objekty pro různé provozy malých a středních podniků maximálně využívají zadaný pozemek a jejich rozmístění vychází z respektování vrstevnic. Vjezd do areálu je umožněn z ulice Třebíčská, je zabezpečen nekonfliktní pohyb osob a dopravních prostředků Výrobní jednotky jsou řešeny ve dvou typech. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na výrobní jednotku typu A o výrobním prostoru 75m2. V každé jednotce je umístěno zázemí pro 10 zaměstnanců, kancelář a výrobní hala. Důležitým požadavkem byla variabilita prostoru. Jednotky jsou spojeny do podélných celků po dvanácti, tím na sebe dispozičně navazují a jsou snadno propojitelné podle požadavků zákazníka.
The aim of the thesis was drafting of a technology and innovation centre in the developing area of city Telc -in the borough called 'Za Stinadly'. Objects, which are designed for various operations of small and medium enterprises, cover the maximum of provided area and their layout fully respects the contour lines. The entrance into the area is provided from the Trebicska street and the conflict-free movement of persons and vehicles is secured, too. Production units are divided into two types. The thesis is aimed on the production unit of type A with the production area of 75m2. Each unit has facilities for ten employees and consists of an office and an industrial hall. Important requirement was the variability of space. Units are connected to the endwise set of twelve, therefore they are dispositionally linked and easily connectable according to the customer's needs.
