Abstract
Navrhovaná stavba se nachází na okraji centra města Brna, v městské části Zábrdovice, na nároží ulic Bratislavská a Stará. V okolí se nacházejí převážně bytové domy a domy občanské vybavenosti. Lokalita je tvořena uzavřenými bloky domů. Proto i návrh polyfunkčního domu uzavírá blok. Základ práce je návrh polyfunkčního domu, který bude obsahovat bytové jednotky a prostory pro veřejnost, které budou nabízet služby nejen obyvatelům domu, ale i potřebám okolí. Hmota stavby je tvořena napojením na stávající zástavbu, je dána uliční čára, stavební hranice a výšky sousedních domů. Vytvoření nároží reaguje na tvar nároží v lokalitě, která jsou zkosená nebo zaoblená. Vzhled fasády určují funkce domu.
The proposed building is located on the outskirts of the city of Brno, in the city of Zabrdovice, on the corner of Bratislavska and Stara. In the vicinity are mostly apartment buildings and houses amenities. The site is made up of closed blocks of houses. Therefore, the proposal concludes multifunctional building block. The basis of the proposal of a multifunctional building that will include residential units and public spaces that will offer services not only the residents but also the needs of the area. The mass of the building is formed by connecting the existing buildings is given street line, building height limits and neighboring houses. Creating corner reacts to the shape of the corner in which they are tapered or rounded. Determine the function of the facade of the house.
